Dispatch and Delivery

We will kindly ask you to choose the method of delivery to your destination address during confirmation of order.

Local shipping (Lithuania)

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing of orders placed during the weekend or national holiday will be started on the first working day.
We offer the following ways of shipping:
Free store pickup at a boutique, address S. Žukausko st. 41, Vilnius. Please arrange in advance via tel.: +370 652 04404, or e-mail: info@aromaterra.eu.
Regular registered post via Lietuvos paštas. Please choose shipping as “local registered post / parcel machine service”. Regular registered post will be chose by default for unspecified method of shipping.
• New! Seeking to get your purchases delivered to you as fast as possible, we offer delivery via parcel machines. Should this method of delivery be more convenient to you, please choose shipping as “local registered post / parcel machine service” and specify the parcel machine service you prefer (“Omniva” or “LP Express”) in the ”notes” field. For additional details needed, we may also contact you to arrange the shipping.
• If your order exceeds 35 EUR, you are entitled to choose a free shipping via the following means: “Lietuvos paštas”, “Omniva” or “LP Express”. Please indicate the preferred shipping method and the details needed in your order ”notes”.

Orders get shipped in 1-2 days and reach the destination address in 1-5 days, depending upon delivery method chosen. Orders paid before 12.00 AM are shipped on the same day. Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays, weekends and sale time. When shipping by post, we always  indicate the recipient’s telephone No. and/or e-mail, so that the recipient is informed upon receipt of a registered parcel via sms or e-mail.

International Shipping I (shipping to Latvia and Estonia)

Goods ordered to Latvia and Estonia will arrive via the following means:
Regular Registered post via “Lietuvos paštas”.
• New! Seeking to get your purchases reach you as soon as possible, we offer delivery via parcel machines. Should this method of delivery be more convenient to you, please choose shipping as registered post service and indicate “Omniva” in the ”notes” field. We will contact you and arrange the shipping.

Orders get shipped in 1-2 days and reach the destination address in 3-7 days, depending upon delivery method chosen. Orders paid before 12.00 AM are shipped on the same day. Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays, weekends and sale time.

International Shipping II (dispatch to other European countries)

Goods ordered to the rest of EU countries will arrive via the following means:
Regular registered post via “Lietuvos paštas”. The delivery can take up to 14 days.

Orders get shipped in 1-2 days and reach the destination address in 7-14 days, depending upon delivery method chosen. Orders paid before 12.00 AM are shipped on the same day. Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays, weekends and sale time.

International Shipping III (dispatch to the USA)

Goods ordered to the US will arrive via the following means:
Regular registered post via “Lietuvos paštas”. The delivery may take up to 21 days.

Orders get shipped in 1-2 days and reach the destination address in 9-21 days, depending upon delivery method chosen. Orders paid before 12.00 AM are shipped on the same day. Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays, weekends and sale time.

Shipping Address

Your order can be shipped to any physical address within the EU. All shipping addresses are verified before the order is dispatched. If the provided address is invalid, your order will be put on hold and our representative will contact you for an address update. AromaTerra reserves the right to cancel orders with incomplete or invalid shipping addresses.
